今年の家庭菜園と功労者たちの記念撮影。
少し前の、9月上旬頃の写真です。もともと興味本位、見切り発車で始めた家庭菜園でしたが、この頃は収穫の最盛期。写真は当時の4日分の収穫物でした。緊急事態宣言とともに新潟に帰ることを決め、ずっとやりたかった外国人旅行者向けの動画スタジオを立ち上げることにして、もうすぐ1年。多くの協力者に支えられて、いつしかお仕事を頂いて。この上ない達成感と裏腹の、底知れない自信の無さや不安が、毎晩のように押し寄せました。※今もですが。
そんな中で心の支えになってくれたのは、アニメーションの小さな役者達と、完成したサンプル作品1つ1つと、何より、放置プレーなのに十日町の土壌のパワーだけで育った夏野菜達です。今まで野菜を好んで食べなかった私の人生観が変わった一夏でした。野菜って食べ物の中で一番美味しい！間違いないです！

来年もどうか宜しく。菜園は役割を終えて、昨日すべて伐採しました。

Vegetables and actors of my garden.

This is a photo from a while ago, around the beginning of September. In the beginning, I started kitchen garden with no more than a tiny interest, but it harvested so funny. Its peak came around in September, and the photo was the harvest only for four days at that time. With Covid-19 disaster, I made up my mind to start a video studio for foreign travelers, that a dream I had wanted to do for long time. I happened to get some job supported by many collaborators. With the tremendous sense of accomplishment, at the same time, the inexhaustible lack of self-confidence and anxiety rushed in almost every night. It was that the small origami actors and summer vegetables who supported my heart. It was a summer that changed my life. I didn't like to eat vegetables, and now I like my vegetables the most. I'm so happy to grow them next spring.
