(Exodus 23:27) “I will send My fear before you, I will cause confusion among all the people to whom you come, and will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.” 
(出エジプト記23:27）"わたしは、わたしの恐れをあなたがたの前に送り、あなたがたの来るすべての民を混乱させ、あなたがたのすべての敵をあなたがたに背を向けさせる。"

God has a type of fear He sends ahead of you when He wants to destroy your adversaries and enemies to allow you to possess your possessions. That is what He did for the children of Israel when He wanted to cut some seven strong nations ahead of them. These nations were the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Canaanites, Hivites, Girgashites, and Jebusites (Exodus 23:23; Deuteronomy 7:1). From the physical point of view, these nations were far stronger than the Israelites but God sent His fear ahead of them so that they could defeat those seven nations (Deuteronomy 7:1; Exodus 23:27).
The words translated “My fear” as used in our theme scripture means ‘my terror, dread, horror, or terribleness’. Whenever He does this, our enemies begin to panic before we arrive at the scene. 
神は、あなたの敵対者や敵を滅ぼして、あなたの所有物を所有させたいときに、あなたの前に恐怖を送られる。それは、イスラエルの子らに対して、7つの強い国々を先に滅ぼそうとされたときのことである。アモリ人、ヒッタイト人、ペリジ人、カナン人、ヒビ人、ギルガシ人、エブス人である（出エジプト記23:23、申命記7:1）。物理的な観点から見れば、これらの国々はイスラエル人よりもはるかに強かったが、神は、彼らがこれら7つの国々を打ち負かすことができるように、彼らに先立って恐れを送られた（申命記7:1、出エジプト記23:27）。今回のテーマ聖句で使われている「わが恐れ」と訳されている言葉は、「わが恐怖、恐れ、恐ろしさ」を意味する。主がこのようにされるたびに、敵は私たちが現場に到着する前にパニックに陥る。

In the realm of the spirit, there is a type of face God grants people who are mostly into “deliverance or casting out evil spirits type of ministry”. Since we are all supposed to cast out devils, we must all have such faces so that our fear will be upon evil spirits all the time. As you pray today, the Almighty God, the LORD who is strong in battle, the One who is our banner shall send His terror, horror, dread, and terribleness ahead of you making the fear of you fall upon your enemies. Halleluyah!

Confession: My God sends His terror, dread, horror, and terribleness on my enemies today. At my presence they will flee. None would be able to stand my presence for I carry the shout of King Jesus in my voice. My fear has fallen on my adversaries. Halleluyah!
