(2 Timothy 1:7) For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
(2テモテ1:7) 神は私たちに恐れの霊をお与えになったのではなく、力と愛と健全な心の霊をお与えになったのです。

Our theme Scripture is rendered as “For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control” in the Amplified Classic Edition of the Bible. Our point of focus is the words “sound mind”. Sound mind means “rational, sane, and able to think clearly”. Generally, the human mind is divided into two, the right brain and the left brain. The left brain is responsible for speech, orderliness, and abstract thinking. It also controls the right side of the body. The right brain controls creativity, spatial ability, artistic, and musical skills. It controls the left side of the body.　
ここで注目したいのは、「健全な心」という言葉である。健全な心とは、「理性的で、正気で、はっきりと考えることができる」という意味である。一般的に、人間の心は右脳と左脳の2つに分けられる。左脳は言語、秩序、抽象的思考を司る。また、体の右側をコントロールする。右脳は創造性、空間能力、芸術性、音楽性を司る。左脳は身体の左側をコントロールする。

But in the Scientific world, the human brain has three main parts: Cerebrum, cerebellum, and medulla oblongata or brainstem. The cerebrum fills up most of your skull. It is involved in remembering, problem-solving, thinking, and feeling. The cerebellum sits at the back of your head, under the cerebrum, and controls coordination and balance. The brain stem sits beneath your cerebrum in front of your cerebellum and helps in the processing of emotions such as pleasure. As a Christian, God has given you a sound mind. So, don’t tolerate confusion, insanity, and anything that is against the blessing of a sound mind. As someone with a ”sound mind,” you have been made a thinker. With your mind, you will change your life and that of the world. Charge in prayer and declare that your mind is functioning at a hundred percent capacity. Halleluyah!　
しかし科学の世界では、人間の脳は主に3つの部分から成り立っている： 大脳、小脳、延髄または脳幹である。大脳は頭蓋骨の大部分を占めている。大脳は記憶、問題解決、思考、感情に関与する。小脳は後頭部、大脳の下にあり、協調性と平衡感覚を司る。脳幹は大脳の下、小脳の前に位置し、喜びなどの感情の処理を助ける。クリスチャンであるあなたに、神は健全な心を与えてくださった。だから、混乱や狂気、健全な心の祝福に反するものを許してはならない。健全な心」を持つ者として、あなたは考える者とされた。あなたの心が、あなたの人生と世界の人生を変えるのだ。祈りの中で、あなたの心が100パーセント機能していることを宣言してください。ハレルヤ！

Confession: I have the mind of Jesus Christ therefore I declare that I am sound. I cannot be confused and my brain and mind function at a hundred percent capacity always. Every cell in my brain is normalized by the power of the Holy Ghost and in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Halleluyah!

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
