(Philippians 2:8) And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. おのれを低くして、死に至るまで、しかも十字架の死に至るまで従順であられた。(フィリピ人信徒への手紙２：８）

Our theme scripture for today was written about our Lord and Master, Jesus Christ.

今日のテーマ聖句は、私たちの主であり、師であるイエス・キリストについて書かれたものです。

 You will notice that the writer said, “He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death”. 

この聖句は、私たちの主であり、師であるイエス・キリストについて書かれたもので、「自分を低くして、死に至るまで従順になられた」と書かれていることに気がつくと思います。

Do you know Jesus Christ is the creator of the world and everything in it? 

イエス・キリストは世界とその中のすべてのものの創造者であることをご存知でしょうか。

The Word says, without Him was not anything made that was made (John 1:3). 

御言葉によると、彼なくして造られたものは何一つなかったのです（ヨハネ1：3）。

John calls Him the Word of God and by extension God (John 1:1). 

ヨハネは彼を神の言葉、ひいては神と呼んでいます（ヨハネ1：1）。

His birth was even a miracle (Luke 1:35). He told us “He is the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). 

彼の誕生は奇跡とさえ言えます（ルカ1:35）。彼は「道であり、真理であり、いのちである」（ヨハネ14:6）と言われました。

But, as mighty and powerful as He is, He chose to humble Himself and die a shameful death so that we could be saved (Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 27: 35-44).

しかし、そのように強大で力強い方でありながら、私たちが救われるために、へりくだり、恥ずべき死を選ばれました（イザヤ9：6、マタイ27：35-44）。

 This means He decided not to be too conscious of His reputation. 

これは、ご自分の評判をあまり意識しないようにされたことを意味します。

Be like Jesus in this regard. 

この点で、イエスのようになりましょう。

When He did this, the Father chose to highly exalt Him and give Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. 

それは、イエスの御名によって、天にいる者、地にいる者、地の下にいる者のすべてのひざが屈し、すべての舌が、イエス・キリストは主であると告白するためです。

Stay in prayer today and ask the Holy Spirit to saturate you with the spirit of humility so that you don’t become too conscious of your reputation. Halleluyah!

今日も祈り続けて、自分の評判を意識しすぎないように、聖霊に謙遜の霊を飽和させてもらいましょう。ハレルヤ！

Activity: Stay in prayer and ask the Holy Spirit to saturate you with the spirit of humility so that you don’t become too conscious of your reputation.

Confession: I refuse to be conscious of my reputation before Jesus. I cast my crown before Him today just like the twenty-four elders in heaven. I declare that I am saturated with the spirit of humility just like my Lord Jesus. Due to this, He will keep adding more grace unto me all the time. Halleluyah!

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
