Our theme Scripture is rendered as “My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may be without sin. And if any man is a sinner, we have a friend and helper with the Father, Jesus Christ, the upright one:” in the Bible in Basic English Version of the Bible.

Similarly, this Scripture is rendered as “My dear children, I write this letter to you so you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have a helper in the presence of the Father -- Jesus Christ, the One who does what is right” in the New Century Version of the Bible.

In some Bible translations, you will notice that the word “advocate” as used in our theme Scripture is translated as “the counselor and the One who has God’s approval”. The word advocate can also be interpreted as an intercessor and a Comforter.
聖書の翻訳によっては、このテーマ聖句で使われている "advocate "という単語が、「助言者、神の承認を得ている方」と訳されていることにお気づきでしょう。擁護者という言葉は、とりなし手や慰め主とも解釈できます。

Jesus Christ has become your Comforter, intercessor, counselor, and the One with God’s approval whose words are respected by God the Father. Jesus Christ is your advocate.
イエス・キリストはあなたの慰め主であり、執り成し主であり、助言者であり、神の承認を得た方であり、その言葉は父なる神によって尊重されます。イエス・キリストはあなたの弁護者です。

Advocate according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary is a person or group that defends or maintains a cause or proposal. So, Jesus Christ is the One to maintain your cause before God the Father.
メリアム・ウェブスター辞書によると、「弁護者」とは、ある大義や提案を弁護したり、維持したりする人やグループのことです。ですから、イエス・キリストは父なる神の前であなたの大義を守る方なのです。

In prayer, declare that Jesus Christ is maintaining your cause today for He is your advocate. Add that no one can judge you anymore even in the things you did wrong. Halleluyah!
祈りの中で、イエス・キリストがあなたの弁護者であるために、今日イエス・キリストがあなたの大義を維持してくださることを宣言しなさい。たとえあなたが間違ったことをしたとしても、もう誰もあなたを裁くことはできません。ハレルヤ！

Confession: Jesus Christ is my advocate. He maintains my cause today and speaks for me as my lawyer. With Him on my side no one can accuse me of breaking any spiritual law for He is my advocate. Halleluyah!

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
