先日、表参道にある青山フラワーマーケットGreen houseに行ってまいりました。
お目当ては、フレッシュハーブティーです。

フードエッセイストの平野紗希子さんが、雑誌POPEYEの連載「味な店」で、パレスホテルにあるレストラン「エステール」のフレッシュハーブティーについて書かれているのを見てから、エステールの摘みたてハーブのハーブティーを飲んでみたいと思っていました。
しかし、エステールの予算はランチでも2万円弱かかるので、到底行けず、フレッシュハーブティーが飲めるお店を探していたところ発見したのが、こちらのお店です。

念願のフレッシュハーブティーは、レモングラスとミントの香りがとってもよく、蜂蜜を少し入れるとさらに美味しかったです。
また、本物の植物が飾られている店内は、いわゆるインスタ映えな内装で、普段物撮りはあまりしない私も、パシャパシャしてしまいました。

ちなみに、やはり人気店で、14時ごろから並び始め15-20分くらい待ってからの入店だったと思います。
お店を出る時には、さらに列が伸びていました。
