オーナーさんが、まもなくデビューさせる新メニュー、まだ名前も決まっていない、カレーをネットにアップされてたのを見た。亀号に飛び乗り、彼の店、まで漕いでゆく。

The owner of Kowakura, coworking space introduced a brand new menu, one curry and rice, a new debutant whose name hasn't yet been decided.  Thunderbirds are Go, I jumped on my Kame-Go, and my legs machine-gunned the pedals to his restaurant.

いただきまーす。でも、その前に、キャロット・ラぺをいただく。酸っぱくて、あっさりとしたお味で、カレーを受け入れ準備も整う。

Just a minute.  I had this carrot rapees as an aperitif and to make myself ready to take his virgin curry and rice.  The rapees tasted sour but good.

一口頬ばる。辛さ、というよりか、僕の舌は、沢山の隠された濃いが、わさーっと、味わいとる。その直後に、さあっと、辛さが気体となって口の中から喉へと広がる。うっめーぞ。作り手のカレーへの思い入れが込められてるみたい。たっぷりと牛肉の筋もはいっていて、それに加えて、玉ねぎが溶けていて、それらが、辛味を後ろに隠し去っているのではないか？いつもなら、短時間で食してしまうのだが、それにはもったいなくて、小一時間をかけてしまう。ルーに負けないように、ごはんも通常の２倍はもってある。さすがに、お皿をなめるのは我慢したが、カレーは随分、あちこちで食してきたが、ここのカレーを食べずして、逝くのは、気の毒としか言えない。名前が次々と浮かぶ。全身の細胞が活性化しているのか。デビルズ・キッス、初夜カレー、サドンデス、イート・オア・バスト。

I had one spoonful of it.  My tongue is telling me that it has got lots of ingredients hidden behind being expected hot.  Right after that the real hotness goes like a vapor full of my mouth and into the throat.  What a taste!  It is like one's spirit melted into its roux with time he spent.  Lots of well-done beef muscle was seen with abundant onions whose taste cunningly delay the timeliness  when you tasted this curry and rice hotter.  I usually gulp down this sort of dishes in 5 minutes, but this time it took me sometime around an hour to finish.  I found rice was served double than usual enough to mix with its curry roux.  I had a hard time to stop licking the dish clean.  I, being vain about one curry lover, might as well say to you, "Never pass away before having tried this curry and rice."  All of the cells in my body are now crying out naming idea of this;  Devil's Kiss, First Night Curry, Sudden Death, Eat or Bust, stuff like that.

This is where you should give it a try before passing out.  Look at my Kame-Go, aka Benz to pedal parked there.  The store, Doors Kitchen is located near the station called Mondo-Yakujin, one stop from Nishinomiya Kitaguchi Station in Hankyu Takarazuka Line, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo, Japan.

Get off westside and walk straight west, you can reach there in about 2 minutes on foot unless you chase around after shieks or peaches.
