At REALITY, we are committed to supporting your live-streaming experience!
You can use REALITY in many ways, such as making friends with many people, having dreams and goals that you never had before, or furthering your hobbies.
We decided to create a series of articles called "How To REALITY," where will upload informative articles to help those who enjoy live-streaming deepen their understanding of REALITY!
We hope that this article, including answers to your frequently asked questions, will be of some help to you.
In this issue, we will explain "LIVE Points," which can be considered a reward for streaming on REALITY!

What are the LIVE Points

LIVE points are awarded as a reward for streaming.
Although the specific calculation method is not disclosed, the calculation is based on the gifts sent by viewers during your stream.
In this issue, we would like to explain the "calculation target of LIVE points," which has been the subject of many inquiries.

Depending on the type of gift, some gifts are eligible for the calculation of LIVE Points and some are not.
Basically, gifts given with paid coins are eligible for LIVE Point calculation.

※ You can check how many Paid Coins/Free Coins you have by going to Profile > scrolling down and selecting the “Coins” option. In that menu, you will be able to see your Paid Coins/Free Coins ratio.

How to check your LIVE Points

You can check the amount of LIVE Points that you possess by going to your home screen, tapping your profile icon in the bottom-right corner, and scrolling the screen down. On that screen, you will be able to check the amount of LIVE Points and other resources that you might possess!

If you tap the “LIVE Points” option, you will be able to check your Daily and Monthly LIVE Points History, use it to perform Coin Exchanges or exchange them for real money via Payoneer.

How to use the LIVE Points

You can use your LIVE Points in 2 different ways: Exchange it for coins, or exchange it for real money using Payoneer.
※There are some conditions for exchanging LIVE points into money using the Payoneer system. Please refer to this page for more information.
※Users residing in Japan have one more option, please check out this article for more information.

■Coin Exchange

You can exchange LIVE Points into coins using a ratio of 1 LIVE Point = 1 coin.
The coins obtained via LIVE Points will be considered “Free Coins”.
To exchange your LIVE Points into coins, please go to Profile > LIVE Points > tap Coin Exchange.

※ Due to system reasons, exchanges cannot be made during the first three days of the month. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

■ Payoneer Transfer Method

You can exchange your LIVE Points for real money by using the Payoneer service.
Please go to Profile > LIVE Points > “About LIVE Points” and you will be redirected to REALITY’s Help Page regarding the Payoneer payment method.

※ Logging into REALITY for Web and linking a Payoneer ID to your REALITY for Web account will be necessary for this process. Please go to REALITY for Web and select LIVE Point Exchange/Payment Info Registry for more information.

LIVE Points Expiration date

LIVE Points are valid for 6 months from the month they are earned.
After 6 months, the corresponding LIVE points will expire at the end of the following month.

Example:
Points earned on January 1 will expire on July 31.
LIVE points earned by delivery on December 31 will be earned on December 31, and the expiration date for this portion will be June 30.
Please be sure to use your LIVE Points before the expiration date, since you will not be able to exchange them for coins or money after the expiration date.
