Community Appreciation Day

Hello! I'm Thomas, your English Community Manager.
On April 17th, the REALITY community united to show their gratitude with the "REALITY Community Staff Appreciation Day". 
Organized by Noriya and Forbidden and with over 100 members joining in several formats, we decided to showcase some of the amazing corners that you guys did during that day and to give something back from the REALITY staff too.

For over 15 hours during the 17th, Nori and Forbidden streamed receiving several applicants with cosplays of REALITY's Community Team! With over 50 entries, above are the winners of the Cosplay Contest!

Hey!! I'm TOBIKO from the community team! Thank you for always having fun at REALITY! I always check REALITY's X and Instagram. I was surprised to hear about Community Team Day from Thomas! I saw everyone's cosplay posts and thought, "Is that me!?" I thought it was something only possible in REALITY, and I was very happy! Recently, there have been many overseas people replying to the surprise REALITY management account we operate, and I'm very happy about it! Thank you very much for always using REALITY!
I'm IKURA, the community manager. Lately, our overseas users have organized activities to express their gratitude to the community team. I have seen all the cosplays, messages, videos, and everything you have sent us and posted on social media.
As you guys know, our community team is the closest team to users within the company. To make REALITY better, we collect your opinions and convey them to the company, and we strive every day to come up with events and initiatives that will make REALITY more enjoyable for everyone. Specifically, we conduct various events online and offline as places for interaction, provide opportunities for you to enjoy REALITY more, and work together to create a better community. Although we may seem like a very fun and cheerful team at first glance, we are also the team that most directly faces the voices of users, and we often receive harsh feedback from users who have suffered due to issues on REALITY 's side.
Of course, we sincerely accept such feedback and continue to deliver users' voices to the company with all our might. In the midst of this, receiving such warm words makes us feel that our activities are indeed reaching users and we're genuinely happy about it. When I saw the messages from everyone, I felt from the bottom of my heart that "I'm glad to be doing community management on REALITY."
Once again, thank you very much for sending us all your messages. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Noriya and Forbidden, who led this activity this time. With your wonderful messages as our inspiration, the community team will continue to work on various activities to make REALITY even better!
