自分の仕事を英語で書いてみる③

最終回です。前回の文章を英訳してみました。

実は最近Amazonでこんな本を見つけまして。

なんかこういう専門書って意外と無かったりするので、すごい参考になりました。Kindle Unlimitedでも読めるので、マーケティング業務上英語が必要な方は是非見てみてください。

さて、以下にて締めくくります。

We provide integrated consultation of digital marketing and the firm which carries execution. Meaning of "integrated" include three items.

First is business consulting, and this include vision decision, constructing business strategy, and how to break down to detailed tactics.
Secondary, execution based on the strategy that we made. This means from product development to customer development, and when saying customer development, we do ads and non-advertisement. We plan and operate programmatic ads, as well as public relations, social media, and other owned media. After the service launch, we support continual growth of service by analyzing and improve the product.
Lastly, is system development. We also support implementing DMP and other marketing tools in order to execute marketing in higher level with more efficiency. Not only to implement, we take responsible to build habit to make sure the new system is to be establish to your organization.

Above all, our main strength is that we can conclude all three items within one marketing company. Great deal of specialist are gathering to our company to achieve the mission.

In that, I lead the marketing team, specialized in business related to a smart device.
I was specialized in product marketing in my ex-career, especially in mobile app business, so my plan for the team's core value was to support various type of startups based on strategic, and in-app marketing.
Since variety of requests comes to me, as results, my works is not always related to strategy based project.
For example some startups didn't know anything about how digital marketing works, so I frequently went to their office to build business plan and communication planning, how to use social media, advertisements, offline events, concept movie, public relations ,etc. everything that has to do with digital marketing, and there was no time to think about core strategy, since every team member were swamped by work.
With other startups, they wanted to rebuild the value regulation, which means what is the message that company really want to appeal and reason why. We took a time to discuss with executives, and then create the movies and banners for appropriate digital media.
One more, there was a request to implement private DMP in order to achieve their marketing process in higher level. In order to break down into requirement definition, we provide several hypothetical strategies, and possibility about usage for this new DMP. This project is in progress right now, and we are ready to start building.

As I explained, our work is pretty far from what we first imaged, and it's sometimes good, sometimes bad. Anyway, what really is a problem is that above project is very depended to my individual skills, and also the business result is depended by the quality of product after all.
So, once again we are reconstructing our team strategy to focus on product marketing, and looking for solutions and partners that would help to accomplish our mission.

The future image of my team is to provide appropriate solution and execution based on our accurate strategy, to improve the success rate of our client business. Just like the capability of our company itself.
