Sylvain Couzinet-Jacques(b.1983)のEDENシリーズのアートブック(Aperture)をやっと入手しました。Couzinet-Jacquesはフランス アルルの写真の美大 École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in Arles (2012)やマルセイユの美大École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Marseille (2010) 出身。写真を中心にさまざまな手法の実践を行うアーティストです。

Rocky Shoreとは友人のつながりで2018年に●●●展に参加していただきました。このグループ展はミニマルアート（モノクローム絵画）の大御所の作家Olivier Mosset（Daniel Burrenを含むBMPTのメンバーとしてパリで1960年代より活動を開始。現在はNYとアリゾナ州ツーソン拠点。近年はジュネーヴやチューリッヒの美術館での回顧展やGagosianやMassimo de Carloといった大型のギャラリーで個展）ほか30名のアーティストが参加した展示で1960年代にBob Nickasというキュレーターが企画したOlivier Mossetも参加したRedという展覧会の他、2014年にベトナム ホーチミンのThe Observatoryというギャラリーでの展示や2018年にNYのアッパーイーストサイドにあるMnuchin Galleryで行われたREDS展に関わりのある展示です。

Finally, we acquired Sylvain Couzinet-Jacques' EDEN series art photo book published by Aperture Foundation. This book is a rare find in Japan. EDEN project was conducted in North Carolina in the US, backed up by Hermes Foundation and Aperture.

On contrary, Cousinet-Jacquet's Sub Rosa photo book by Spector Books, we can find it at POST, twelvebooks, flotsambooks all of them are art books stores based in Tokyo.
