Do you have manuals at your workplace?

There are many manuals even if it is a single manual, and some people don't really know which one.

And there are so many that it doesn't come to mind at all.

Actually, so am I.

I know there are many manuals, and I know where to put them.

But as for the important content... it's not really in my head.

No matter how many times I read it, I still forget it, and I don't use it that much in the first place. right.

So what should we do to create a meaningful manual?

That means updating the manual whenever the procedure changes.

And in a little more detail.

And in short sentences....

As I said, think about it.

You all have a job, right?

I think that most people create manuals like this as part of their core business, but what about adding the task of updating the upgraded manuals as needed?

Are you overwhelmed with work and get stuck?

On the other hand, labor costs are also high, so it is not possible to assign a full-time manual updater.

After all, creating a detailed manual that matches the site is quite difficult for our company.

What's more, as I mentioned earlier, they don't know the existence of manuals, they forget to tell them, and even if I tell them, "I'll put them here," they ask me, "Where are they?" "No" is not just for me, but for most people.

What I'm trying to say is that even if you have a manual, you won't look at it, you won't be able to memorize it, and even if you don't have it, it won't affect your work that much.

However, I think it would be safer to prepare a simple instruction manual for such times because it will be a constant when teaching without anything.
