The best way to get through overwork .(Part 1)

Hello, everyone.

Sai & Co. WAKU Chare Labo's Sai & Co. It is.

Well, today, I'm going to talk about "the best way to get through overwork" while brushing up my past blog.

Today's story, if "It was good!" If that's the way, please share it😁

Then it's the main topic.

When you have a lot of things to do, what do you do?

To be honest, I'm doing "I don't do anything" except to be directly related to myself.

At first glance, it sounds irresponsible, but it's a pretty difficult skill.

It takes courage to say that.

(That's why it's a difficult skill.

Of course, there are people who can do it without being aware of it.

It's probably a story that has nothing to do with such a person, but there are many things that people like me who have a helper type personality can't overlook.

Moreover, there are people who like to help people, but they can't refuse if asked.

It also applies to people who take the initiative to solve other people's errands and problems, but it's very stressful not to do anything even though you know it.

Because it's easier to move.

In other words, for people with a personality like me, it's a skill that you can't acquire unless you understand the mechanism first.)

To be a little more specific, it means to take the plunge and leave the errands asked by others alone.

And for the time being, I only do the things I have to do first.

If you do that, of course you will be prompted by the other party.

I'm starting to do it after that.

I think this is fine.

If you're going to overwork by doing this and that anyway, even if you do your best and overwork after the reminder comes, it's the same thing in the end.

(However, overwork itself is a bad thing.

There is a recommended way for people who can't help but do their best.

It's not about drinking nutritional drinks, getting a garlic injection, or getting an oxygen capsule.

The best way to escape overwork is to ask people.

Overwork is just a state of having too many tasks in the end, so let's leave what you can do even if it's not you.

If you still can't make it in time, you should scrutinize whether it's really a necessary task.

Japanese people are a race that doesn't mind doing useless things.

So, when I think about it carefully, "This is useless, isn't it?" That's what happens.

Find such a task and cut it off.

Why don't you try incorporating such work?

If you say, "It's still impossible," it's a last resort.

Throw away everything you have now and run away from the place right away.

Don't think about the rest.

If you do that, your body and mind will be refreshed.

What do you think, take this opportunity.

It might be a good idea to spend a relaxing time from scratch in a new land where no one knows about you in the warm south.)

But what you should think about for a moment is that if you do something that you have to do first, you will not be in trouble at the very least, so in other words, you have insurance.

(So that's why I'm here for today.

Because it's not on purpose every time, but when I write a blog, it inevitably becomes "I want to put that, I want to put this in" and it becomes a long sentence.

If that happens, there will be a limit on the number of characters.

Moreover, even if it becomes too long, everyone will be tired of reading, right?

So I will send it in two parts crying today as well.

Please understand that this story will be again tomorrow.

Finally, if you say that today's story was good, please introduce it to your friends.

See you tomorrow✌️)
