What would you do?

What if there was someone close to you who was terribly depressed?

Encourage hard? Are you going to take Paa to play? Will you listen to me?

Well, it depends on the character of the person who is worried about it, but my method is to just listen to what they have to say.​

Being severely depressed means that the same thoughts keep repeating in the person's head.

Talking to people in that situation is a very difficult task.

In my heart, I think there are many reasons why I can't tell people yet, such as "I just don't want to tell people," "I can't get my thoughts together," or "I can't put it into words."

Even if you ask someone who is in such a confused state of mind and heart, "What happened?" Let it go.

In other words, it is more likely that you will move more and more towards silence.

So, instead of trying hard to find out by asking questions for the time being, at times like that, I just wait until the person's thoughts are organized and I'm ready to start talking.

Even so, I will ask you a word or two in between.

For example, "Have you sorted out your thoughts?" or "What do you want to convey first?"

After a while, you will eventually start talking, but if you can't put it into words when you start talking, you can summarize what you want to say and reply, "I don't understand it well, can you tell me again?" I will listen to it again.

In this way, we encourage people to talk about various things from their mouths, but some people find solutions to their problems by themselves while listening to them.​

I do not dare to give advice or encouragement to such people.

Due to the nature of human beings, they are more serious about what they think of themselves rather than what they are told to do, and they can continue for a long time. .

If that happens, you will be able to use the coping methods you learned at that time the next time you are depressed in the same way.

Another thing I cherish is that I don't dare to remind myself that I've been really depressed.

I'm sure he's worried about me, but he keeps asking me, "How are you feeling?"

Even though I'm just looking forward and starting to walk, things like, "That experience will benefit you someday, so do your best to overcome it!"

But if you say that, you'll remember, you'll be the one who keeps getting stuck, and you'll get a little irritated.

It's quite difficult, but simply put, the best thing to do is to forget bad memories.


However, this also takes time.

I think the best way is not to say anything that reminds the people around me.
