If you solidify the scenario to achieve your goal too much, you will regret it later.

Hello, everyone.

Sai&Co.WAKU Chare Lab's Sai&Co. It is.

Well, today I will talk about "I will regret it later if you solidify the scenario until you achieve your goal too much".

But before that, please.

Today's story, if "It was good!" If so, please share it with your friends😁

Then it's the main topic.

Well, everyone.

Isn't there anyone around you?

A person who solidifies the scenario until the achievement of the purpose of work, task, work, etc. and challenges it.

In other words, it is a person who predicts in advance what will happen and thinks about the story in his own way.

For example, "If this happens, I'll deal with it like this," "If you come here, do it like this, it's going to be like this, so go here", etc., and people who plan carefully, prepare in advance as much as possible, and face the actual performance.

At first glance, doesn't it look like a person who can work, a thoughtful person, a serious and reliable person?

But in reality, it's not like that.

If you unravel the inside story, you will understand it well.

Because when you solidify the scenario, you're actually already losing.

The scenario is something I thought about and made it myself, so it will stick to my head even more, so it's a very difficult trick to escape from that spell.

People have a brain function called confirmation bias, and they have a kind of prejudice and a rigid way of thinking that what they believe is always right, or that there can be nothing but what they came up with.

So, if it's strong, you tend not to listen to other people or blindly believe the scenario you think.

But in reality, it's not easy to go according to the scenario so much, is it?

At work, there are a lot of irregularities such as "Someone is resting and there are not enough people" or "I haven't received the luggage that was supposed to come" or "The car doesn't move due to traffic jams", right?

These things are things that you can't do by yourself, so "Well, that's not in the plan! I didn't think about it!" What kind of thing does it apply to you?

In other words, it's a scenario outside of your confirmation bias.

Especially when people are involved, it's extra easy to get up.

Moreover, when an irregular occurs, you have to sense the situation and change the response flexibly, right?

But at that time, when the scenario I thought of was stuck in my head, it would be like, "It was supposed to be like this, but an irregularity happened, what should I do ..."

I don't have time to think about it immediately, I'm in a hurry, I can't think more, I'm even more impatient.

There is a great possibility of falling into such a loop.

So I don't really recommend thinking about the scenario.

If you leave a little margin, you can move flexibly when trouble or irregularity occurs, and it will be easier to come up with a way to deal with it.

However, it is true that you are good at setting up, and if you plan well in advance and make a scenario in your head, you can rest assured, and it can be very useful in this regard.

In addition, it is also useful when making a plan or giving some lectures or lectures in public.

After all, it's easier to convey to the other party if you decide the direction one by one.

So, "There are also good points!" That's the only thing I'll tell you at the end.

Then, about how to make the important margin, I will talk about it on my official LINE.
