People live mostly in their thoughts.

hello everyone.

Sai & Co. This is Sai & Co. from WAKU Challenge Lab.

Well, today I'm going to brush up on my past blog and explain about "People live mostly with their beliefs".

If you enjoyed today's story, please share it with us😁

Now let's get down to business.

It's not something I'm bragging about, maybe I'm just being conceited, but it's quite a problem for me...

As the title says, I'm rather dexterous, so people tend to think that I can do anything and know everything, but that's actually not the case😫
(In psychology, the halo effect works to manipulate impressions. Looking back at the halo effect, it is said that when evaluating a certain In other words, since I have been in the same industry and organization for a long time, I am more familiar with the industry and organization than other people. So, if you ask me, I know everything, I will teach you anything, and I will do anything for you. In the first place, I don't dislike being relied on, so I don't think it's too bad, but in fact, it's a good point and a bad point.)

I can only do about 60% of my self-evaluation, and although my knowledge may be broad, it is not deep at all.
(My input is usually broad and shallow, and I study in a way that I dig deeper only in my areas of expertise.)

People tend to think that they know a lot of different things, so it's only natural to say, "Isn't there XX?" Or so they say...

I don't know actually.

I'm not saying that I don't know everything, but there are many things I don't know.

(But sometimes, even if I don't know, I listen to what they say by pretending to know. This is one of the skills of listening, a technique that draws out the story, and I use it when I don't interrupt the story. Don't you sometimes find it troublesome to explain when you're in good spirits when you're asked, "What's that?" This gives the other person the impression that "Ah, this person is easy to talk to.")

Like everyone else, I have my areas of expertise.

But that's only a small part of it, and there are many things in the world that people don't know about.

It's not good to bend down in the middle of the story, so I can't even ask, "What is that?" If not, listen honestly.

Then, unexpectedly, everyone will teach me with a kind expression.
(Basically, people tend to want to teach others, so unless they have a bad personality, most people will teach them kindly. A person with a bad personality is a dark triad. A person who has one of three personality traits: a Machiavellian or a psychopath.

As for my work stance, I think it's a place where I always say "Be careful not to overdo things".

My motto is usually 60%.

10% when it comes to emergency.

But in fact, there are mistakes, so I would say 80 to 90%.

I have this distribution in mind.
(It's good that this kind of distribution is the least tiring. I used to be a perfectionist, so I wanted to be perfect in everything, but that only made it harder and more tiring. I couldn't forgive it, so now I'm working on my work with the feeling that if I can do 60%, it's okay, and I'm mentally stable without blaming people.)

Looking back on my routine work, I find that I naturally spend about two hours out of my eight-hour work day playing.

It might be an excuse, or your boss might get mad if you tell them, but it's human nature to not be able to concentrate on work for eight hours.

If so, I think it would be easier mentally to work efficiently by thinking about the allocation that suits you from the beginning, creating time to concentrate, and working efficiently.

(There is a well-known law in the business world called the Pareto Principle. If you apply this to labor production, 20% of the total working hours are responsible for 80% of the total production that day. So, for example, even if you work 8 hours a day, only about 2 hours of those hours are high in real productivity, and the remaining 20% of the production volume is inefficiently produced in the remaining 6 hours. From this, it can be said that it is difficult to keep concentrating on work all the time, and without realizing it, you are doing something inefficient for about 6 hours. When you want to do something, rather than focusing on your own field of work, do something else, such as playing games, reading, or exercising. It must be a kind of

I don't know what will happen because of my physical decline, but the fact that I can create a mentally comfortable situation may be the reason why I have been able to continue working at the same workplace for many years.
(I don't recommend working in the same place all the time, but if you want it, please try it once.)

So, if you enjoyed today's story, please introduce it to your friends😁

See you soon ✌️
