For example, I study hard, I want to teach people what I studied, and I try hard to tell people, but when I try to tell people what I remembered just a while ago, I can't find the words. I don't remember what it was about, I forgot what I wanted to say in the first place...

Etc. Do you have any troubles?

People who are afraid of that happening, or who don't want to tell people that they have to be thorough and perfect because it would be embarrassing if they forgot.

I think there are quite a few.

But this may be overkill.

I mean, if you can perfectly remember the content, words, and their meanings and convey them to people, that's a great thing, and if you give up from the beginning, you'll never be able to do it, so it's bad to aim for perfection. That's not to say, but for those of you who are so caught up in perfection that you can't teach others after all, why don't you relax your shoulders a little?

If you aim for perfection, you won't move forward unless you have absolute confidence.

In other words, in the previous example, if you don't have the confidence not to make mistakes, you won't try to teach people.

I tried my best to teach people, but I was worried about negative things like "I always make a mistake here", "I can't get this word out every time", "I can't remember this part at all", I get anxious and think about what to do if I fail.

After all, no matter how much you think about it, no matter how much you practice behind the scenes, nothing will happen if you don't put it into practice.

You won't be asked, "Are you studying like that?", "Tell me more," or "That's amazing."

I don't know why you were studying, right?

What should I do in this situation?

That is, if you learn about 80% of it, you will show it off.​

Even at 80%, the quality is quite high, but if you're aiming for perfection, I'm sure you'll feel uneasy if you drop it to 60%, so I think it's better to keep it at around 80%.

For the time being, I try to tell people about 80% of the results.

Then, the remaining 20%, if you ask what to do with the parts that are vague or you can't remember, 20% of them are unexpectedly known by the other person, or you remember them halfway through by asking questions. .

If you have practiced many times, you will definitely have it somewhere in your head.

Even so, if it doesn't come out, just give up and turn it around the next time you talk.

It is almost impossible for the person listening to me to remember everything they heard.

So, in order for the other person to really understand what I want to teach, I need to repeat the story over and over again.

In other words, there are opportunities to talk about the same thing over and over again, so it's actually more efficient to teach a little bit at a time according to the other person's pace without being too particular about perfection and trying to teach everything at once. It's good.
