昔は好きなことを好きにやればいいと思っていた。それに共感してくれる人にわかってもらえればいい。大義名分なんてカタチだけで馬鹿みたいと。あれから数十年。大義名分って大事だなぁとつくづく思う。カタチだけのものは相変わらず不要と思っているけれど、「何のために」はついつい考えてしまう。衝動だけでなく論理的にも成長したのか、パッションをなくしたつまらない大人になったのか。前者であることを祈りつつ、好きなことに邁進しよう。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
I used to think that I should do what I like. I hoped people who sympathized with it would understand it. The justification might be just a fake. It has been several decades since then. I think it's important to know the justification. I still think that things that are only in shape are unnecessary, but I just think about "for what". Did I grow up logically as well as urge, or did I become a boring adult who lost my passion? I hope I will be the former one, and do what I like to do. -Text and illustration by Ted Sakaki
