-cello-Jazzの2ndシングル『刀光剣影』は軽快な16ビートに乗せ、ブルースにキューバのルンバ・ワワンコーを融合させたファンキーなテイストの作品。全編で展開される印象的なリフがクールなムードを保ちつつ、タイトルもさながらチェロとアンペグ・ベイビーベースが一触即発な雰囲気のアドリブソロを熱く繰り広げます。
低音の両楽器を支えるのは、ヴァイオリン、ヴィオラのストリングス、そしてドラムス、コンガのリズム・セクション。疾走感溢れる楽曲を切れ味鋭く刻みます。

The 2nd tune of "-cello-Jazz-" is "ToukouKenei" which means "The light of a blade, the shadow of a sword" in English.
The arrangement of this piece of music is based on blues and 16th note feel of Cuban Rumba Guaguanco rhythm.
We play it mainly by cello and Ampeg baby bass which also perform cool adlibs to the accompaniment of drums, congas, violin and viola.
