Thank you for your continued understanding and support of our business. We are pleased to announce that as of December 22, 2023, our company has undergone a reorganization from "Ishida Products, LLC" to "SECOND HERT Inc.” This change is intended to effectively support diabetics more and explore new possibilities, and marks the beginning of our efforts to meet your expectations!

弊社のミッションは、糖尿病患者の足を守り、足切断をゼロにすることです。また、ビジョンとしては、社会参加を継続できる未来の創造を掲げております。「足は第二の心臓」という言葉より、社名「株式会社セカンドハート」も新たな事業内容を反映するものに変更いたしました。
Our mission is to protect the feet of diabetics and reduce amputations to zero. Our vision is to create a future in which people can continue to participate in society. From the phrase "the foot is the second heart" we have also changed our company name, Second Heart Co., Ltd. to reflect our new business activities.

2022年6月にASEAN地域での糖尿病による足切断が多い実態を認識し、これまで医療機器業界参入に向けたコンサルティングや営業代行から事業転換を決断いたしました。この事業は、始動Next Innovator 2022のDEMO DAYファイナリストに選出され、2023年7月にはグローバルイノベーター創出プログラム J-StarXの起業家シリコンバレー派遣(1)にも選出されるなど、外部から高い評価を得ております。
In June 2022, we realized that there are many foot amputations due to diabetes in the ASEAN region and decided to change our business from consulting and sales agency to enter the medical device industry. This business was selected as a DEMO DAY finalist in the inaugural Next Innovator 2022, and in July 2023, it was also selected for the Global Innovator Creation Program J-StarX's Entrepreneur Dispatch to Silicon Valley(1), and has received high external recognition.

世界初のフットチェックアプリ「Steplife」を開発し、2023年12月22日から23日にかけて開催される第4回日本フットケア・足病医学会年次学術集会にて出展・デモを行います。Steplifeは、糖尿病患者がスマートフォンのカメラを使用して足の状態を定期的にチェックし、医療機関や専門機関と連携してコミュニケーションを取ることで足病の異常を早期に発見できるアプリです。
We have developed the world's first foot check app "Steplife" and will be exhibiting and demonstrating it at the 4th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Foot Care and Podiatric Medicine, which will be held from December 22nd to 23rd, 2023. Steplife is an app that allows diabetic patients to regularly check the condition of their feet using their smartphone's camera and communicate with medical and specialized institutions to detect abnormalities in foot disease at an early stage.

また、ミツフジ株式会社（https://www.mitsufuji.co.jp）の全面協力により開発された糖尿病ソックス「LYRICS」が完成し、近日中に販売を開始いたします。Lyricsは、2重構造でクッション性が高く、糖尿病性神経障害を有する患者の足を守るためにフットケア専門の医療従事者がこだわり抜いた靴下です。
In addition, the diabetic socks "LYRICS" developed with the full cooperation of Mitsufuji Co., Ltd. (https://www.mitsufuji.co.jp) have been completed and will be on sale soon. LYRICS is a double-layered, highly cushioned socks carefully designed by medical professionals specializing in foot care to protect the feet of patients with diabetic neuropathy.

今後は、来年のリリースを見据えて、大阪にあるGarage Taisho（https://www.garage-taisho.jp）に大阪Laboを構え、糖尿病患者向けVR教育コンテンツの開発を進めてまいります。
We will be setting up our Osaka Labo at Garage Taisho (https://www.garage-taisho.jp) in Osaka to develop VR educational content for diabetics, with an eye to release next year.
