みなさんこんにちは。良く晴れた3月2回目の週末を東京で過ごしているハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のSpinnageです。だいぶ日がながくなってきましたね。

Hello everyone. I'm Spinnage, the director of the house music lounge Akihabara Housing, Ltd., and I'm spending the second weekend of a beautiful, sunny March in Tokyo. The days are getting much longer.

さて、今週もいつものように、世界の新築ハウスミュージックを紹介していきます。ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!

Now, as usual, this week I'm going to introduce you to some new-built house music from around the world. All of the songs I will be featuring here are songs that I actually purchased as downloads. I chose these songs in a serious competition. Let's get started!

1) Demarkus Lewis - Prove That You Do

米ダラスの鉄人・Deamarkus Lewisの「Prove That You Do」。セクシーなボーカルを中心に、2小節のループが万華鏡のように音を変えていくトラック。素敵です。

'Prove That You Do' by US Dallas iron man Damarkus Lewis. The track features sexy vocals and a kaleidoscope of two-bar loops that change sound. Lovely.

2) Fred P, Cassy - Château Dance

ベルリンのプロデューサー・Fred PとCassyのコラボで「Château Dance」。ダークな雰囲気の中でピアノとEオルガンが響く、疾走感のあるトラックです。

'Château Dance' is a collaboration between Berlin producers Fred P and Cassy. It's a fast-moving track with a dark atmosphere and echoing piano and e-organ.

3) Fizzikx - You Don't Have to Pretend

シカゴの老舗Large Musicからリリースされた、Fizzikxの「You Don't Have To Pretend」。優雅なコード進行で描かれる、静かで熱い曲です。

'You Don't Have To Pretend' by Fizzikx, released on Chicago's venerable Large Music. It is a quiet, hot song with a graceful chord progression.

4) Ruze - Mister DJ

英・バーミンガムの2人組、Ruzeの「Mister DJ」。Shazzを思い出すソウルフルなボーカルが、ソリッドなトラックの上で響きます。

'Mister DJ' by Birmingham, UK duo Ruze, whose soulful vocals recall Shazz and echo over a solid track.

5) Frankie Feliciano, Mdcl, Ovasoul7 - Feels Like Home (Frankie Feliciano Ricanstruction Vocal Mix)

Reel People Musicがリリースしたコンピに収録された、Frankie Felicianoの「Feels Like Home」。あたたかく包み込むハーモニーの気持ちよさ。去年の曲ですが、最高。

Frankie Feliciano's 'Feels Like Home' on a compilation released by Reel People Music. A warm, enveloping harmony feel. This song is from last year, but it's great.

6) Luis Bravo - Out Of Signal

大西洋に浮かぶポルトガル領テルセイラ島のプロデューサー・Luis Bravoの「Out Of Signal」。柔らかなハーモニーに寡黙なベース。雰囲気が最高で気に入りました。

'Out Of Signal' by Luis Bravo, a producer from the Portuguese island of Terceira in the Atlantic Ocean. Soft harmonies and reticent bass. Loved it, great atmosphere.

7) Gorge - Roots

独マンハイムのプロデューサー、Gorgeの「Roots」。優しいタッチで響く優雅なピアノサウンドに固い質感のシンセベースと男性ラップが絡む。これは好きなやつでした。

'Roots' by German Mannheim producer Gorge. A graceful piano sound with a gentle touch, intertwined with a hard-textured synth bass and male rap. This was my favourite one.

8) Havantape - Calcite (Cristi Cons Remix)

トルコ・イスタンブールのプロデューサー、Havantapeの「Calcite」を、ルーマニア・ブカレストのCristi Consがリミックス。マシナリーなビートに呼応するシンセサウンド。クールです。

Istanbul, Turkey producer Havantape's 'Calcite' remixed by Cristi Cons from Bucharest, Romania. Synth sounds respond to the machine-like beat. Cool.

9) Passerines - Fratelli

イギリス・ポーツマスのプロデューサー、Passerinesの「Fratelli」。透明感のある華やかなサウンドが最高です。

'Fratelli' by Portsmouth, UK producer Passerines. The sound is transparent and gorgeous at its best.

10) Mo'Cream - The Game

イタリア・ミラノのプロデューサー、Mo'Creamの「The Game」。優しくセクシーなサウンドにうっとりします。

'The Game' by producer Mo'Cream from Milan, Italy. The gentle, sexy sound is enchanting.
