みなさんこんにちは。日曜日には晴れ間がもどってきた3月最初の週末を東京で過ごしているハウスミュージックラウンジ「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のSpinnageです。

Hello everyone. I'm Spinnage, the director of the house music lounge Akihabara Housing, Ltd., and I'm spending the first weekend of March in Tokyo, where the sun came back to shine on Sunday.

さて、今週もいつものように、世界の新築ハウスミュージックを紹介していきます。ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!

Now, as usual, this week I'm going to introduce you to some new-built house music from around the world. All of the songs I will be featuring here are songs that I actually purchased as downloads. I chose these songs in a serious competition. Let's get started!

1) Ross Couch - These Tears

英グラスゴーのプロデューサー、Ross Couchの「These Tears」。彼らしいエレガントなピアノが印象的。

'These Tears' by Glasgow, UK producer Ross Couch. His typically elegant piano is impressive.

2) Pete Moss, Colette - Higher (Saison Remix)

Pete MossとColetteの「Higher」を、ロンドンの2人組Saisonがリミックス。ダークでソリッドな音世界を展開しています。格好いい。

Pete Moss and Colette's 'Higher' is remixed by London duo Saison. It develops a dark and solid sound world. Cool.

3) Clyde Beats - Serve It Up (Wah-Chu-Ku Vocal)

ロンドンのディープハウスマイスター・Atjazz率いるAtjazz recordCompanyからリリースされた、Clyde Beatsの「Serve It Up」。5年前のトラックの再発みたいですが、ひたすらスリリングで今聞いても最高。

Clyde Beats' 'Serve It Up', released on Atjazz recordCompany, led by London deep house meister Atjazz, is a reissue of a track from five years ago, but it's just thrilling and great to hear now.

4) Steve Kelley - If You Search

イギリスのプロデューサー・Steve Kelleyの「If You Search」。音の詰まったローエンドが格好いい。

5) Ralf GUM - AWA

オーガニックなハウスを届けてくれるロンドンのFolliageレーベルからリリースされた、南アフリカ・プレトリアのプロデューサー、Ralf GUMの「AWA」。ほのかにアフロテイストも感じさせるディープなトラック。気に入りました。

AWA' by South African Pretoria producer Ralf GUM, released on London's Folliage label, which delivers organic house. A deep track with a subtle Afro-tinged feel. Liked.

6) Agus Zep & Lea Rodriguez - My Mind

アルゼンチン・リオグランデのプロデューサー、Agus ZepとLea Rodriguezのコラボで「My Mind」。疾走感のある質実剛健サウンドでめちゃくちゃ気持ちいい。リリースはウクライナ・キーウのWhoyostroから。

'My Mind' is a collaboration between Argentine Rio Grande producers Agus Zep and Lea Rodriguez. It has a fast, quality sound that is very pleasant. The release is on Ukraina Kieu's Whoyostro.

7) Ritz - Unicorn II

ポルトガル、カルダス・ダ・ライーニャ出身のプロデューサー、Ritzの「Unicorn II」。何にも似てないコードプログレッションがひたすら気持ちいい。

'Unicorn II' by Ritz, a producer from Caldas da Rainha, Portugal. The chord progression, which sounds like nothing else, is just so pleasant.

8) Ritz - Unicorn I

Unicorn IIがあるならUnicorn Iもあるだろうと思ったらありました。こちらはより華やかで最高です。スペインDeep Clicksのリリースといい、イベリア半島のアブストラクトなディープハウス熱いな…。

If there is a Unicorn II, you would expect there to be a Unicorn I, and there is. This one is more spectacular and great. It's like the Spanish Deep Clicks release, abstract deep house hot from the Iberian Peninsula...

9) Moses Mehdi - Do Something Special

ドイツのプロデューサー、Moses Mehdiの「Do Something Special」。ドイツ産らしい芯の通ったビートにアップリフティングなピアノリフが乗ります。気に入りました。

'Do Something Special' by German producer Moses Mehdi. The core beat is typical of German production, with an uplifting piano riff. Liked.

10) Lis Sarroca - Your Mind

スペイン・バルセロナを拠点とする女性プロデューサー、Lis Sarrocaの「Your Mind」。よく跳ねるシンセベースの音が素敵でずっと聴いていられる。

'Your Mind' by Lis Sarroca, a female producer based in Barcelona, Spain. It has a nice synth bass sound that bounces well and you can listen to it all the time.

【Track of the Week】Ritz - Unicorn I

今週の「Track of the Week」はこの曲に決めました。甘くスペイシーなコード弾きのシンセに心奪われます。ベースもすごくいい音。末永く好きでいられそうなトラックです。

I have decided on this song for this week's Track of the Week. The sweet, spacey chord-playing synths are captivating. The bass sounds really good too. This is a track that I'm sure I'll like for a long time.
