みなさんこんにちは。「秋葉原住宅」棟梁のspinnageです。先週金曜は高円寺で行われたハウスイベント「高円寺家系」で、20年ぶりにアナログレコードでDJしてきました。フロアの雰囲気も最高で、めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。セットリストはこんな感じでした。20年前の古い名ハウスをたくさんプレイできて幸せでした。

Hello everyone. I'm spinnage, the director of 'Akihabara Housing Ltd.' Last Friday I DJ'd on analogue records for the first time in 20 years at a house event in Koenji called 'Koenji Iekei'. The atmosphere on the floor was great and it was a lot of fun. The setlist was like this - I was happy to play a lot of old great house from 20 years ago.

さて、それではいつものように今週も世界の新築ハウスをチェックしていきましょう。ここから取り上げるのは、すべて僕が実際にダウンロード購入した曲。真剣勝負で選んだ楽曲たちです。さっそくご紹介していきますよ!

Now then, as always, let's check out the new-built house music of the world this week. All of the songs I will be featuring here are songs that I actually purchased as downloads. I chose these songs in a serious competition. Let's get started!

1) AC Soul Symphony, Dave Lee - I Want To See You Dance

ロンドンでZ recordsを率いるDave LeeのプロジェクトAC Soul Symphony。間違いなく華やかなNu Disco。開放感が心地良いです。

AC Soul Symphony, the project of Dave Lee, who heads up Z records in London, is definitely glamorous Nu Disco, with a pleasant sense of openness.

2) Dilby - Barricade

ベルリンのプロデューサー・Dilbyの「Barricade」。ソリッドなビートが腰から下を直撃します。格好いい。

'Barricade' by Berlin producer Dilby. Solid beat hits you from the waist down. Cool.

3) Andrea Ljekaj feat. Je Veux - Wonder Never Cease (Jimpster Remix)

クロアチアのプロデューサー・Andrea Ljekajの曲を、英エセックスでFreeramgeを率いるJimpsterがエレガントなディープハウスにリミックス。Jimpsterにしては速めの130BPMで強いです。

Croatian producer Andrea Ljekaj's song is remixed into elegant deep house by Jimpster, who heads Freeramge in Essex, U.K. It's strong at 130 BPM, fast for Jimpster.

4) DJ Spen & Soulfuledge - Ummah-Ye

米ボルチモアの大兄貴DJ SpenとSoulfuledgeで「Ummah-Ye」。アフロテイストを配したパワフルなハウス。迫力があります。

'Ummah-Ye' with big brother DJ Spen and Soulfuledge from Baltimore, USA. Powerful house with an Afro-taste. Powerful.

5) Ollinobrothers - Drink That Shit

ウクライナ・キーウのレーベルWhoyostroからリリースされた、フランス・ボルドーのプロデューサー、Ollinobrothersの「Drink That Shit」。堅牢なグルーヴがフロアを満たすテックハウスです。格好いい！

'Drink That Shit' by French Bordeaux producer Ollinobrothers, released on Ukrainian Kieu's label Whoyostro. It's tech-house with a robust groove that fills the floor. Cool!

6) Joey Negro - Make A Move On Me (DJ Spen & Mothafunka Remix)

Dave LeeがJoey Negroと名乗っていた2003年の「Make A Move On Me」をDJ SpenとThe Muthafunkaz Vocalがリミックスしたバージョン。2006年にリリースされたものの再発かな。タイトで今聴いても気持ちいいです

Version of Dave Lee's 2003 'Make A Move On Me' remixed by DJ Spen and The Muthafunkaz Vocal under the name Joey Negro I think this is a reissue of the 2006 release. Tight and nice to listen to now.

7) Franc Spangler - Fight The Feeling

ロンドンのDelusions Of Grandeurからリリースされた、Franc Spanglerの「Fight The Feeling」。曲の中盤から高らかに鳴るシンセブラスの描くラインが気持ち良くてずっと追いかけてしまいます。

'Fight The Feeling' by Franc Spangler, released on London's Delusions Of Grandeur. The line drawn by the synth brass that rumbles high in the middle of the song is pleasant to follow all the way through.

8) Manuel Sahagun - Feel Alright (Fred Everything Remix)

ブエノスアイレスのManuel Sahagunの「Feel Alright」を、モントリオールの雄・Fred Everythingがリミックス。重ねられたシンセパッドの広がりがめちゃヘブンリー。最高。

'Feel Alright' by Buenos Aires' Manuel Sahagun, remixed by Montreal's Fred Everything. The layered synth pad expanse is heavenly. Great stuff.

9) Ross Couch - Just Want You Back

英グラスゴーのRoss Couchの「Just Want You Back」。彼の持つポップセンスが光るトラックです。

10) Ferranda Arrau - Florazar

スペインのマドリードを拠点とする、チリ出身の女性プロデューサー、Ferranda Arrauの「Florazar」。発想が自由で、アイデア豊富なトラックです。楽しい！

'Florazar' by Ferranda Arrau, a female Chilean producer based in Madrid, Spain. The track is free in its conception and rich in ideas. Fun!

【Track of the Week】Feel Alright (Fred Everything Remix)

今週のTrack of the Weekには、Fred Everythingがリミックスを手がけたこの曲を選びました。この曲、ほのかにデトロイトテクノの雰囲気もあるんですよね。こんなの好きにならずにいられない。最高！

For this week's Track of the Week, I have chosen this track, remixed by Fred Everything. There's a hint of Detroit techno in this song. I can't help but love this stuff. Best for!

New Release!

8月24日に、フランス・リールのOHMELYA Musicより僕の新譜「Dawn E.P.」がリリースされました。新曲「Dawn」「Maneye」の2曲に加え、レーベルオーナー・CEV'sによる「Dawn」のリミックスも収録されています。みなさま、ぜひぜひ応援よろしくお願いします！

My new digital ep 'Dawn' was released on 24 August on OHMELYA Music in Lille, France. In addition to two new tracks, 'Dawn' and 'Maneye', it also includes a remix of 'Dawn' by the label owner CEV's. I would like to thank you all for your support!
