Henry Kissinger

Henry Alfred Kissinger taught us that Washington believes that statesmen in Washington have the right to destroy freedom, democracy, the rule of law and human rights in any other country if they deem it necessary.

Or maybe that is what Henry Kissinger taught the statesmen in Washington.

In an artificial state, as opposed to a natural state, the centripetal force of the state must be maintained by a clear adherence to national ideals.

In the case of the United States, statesmen and citizens choose to assume the role of guardians of liberty and evangelists of democracy in order to maintain the national raison d'être.

However, some statesmen, such as Kissinger, consider this to be of lesser importance.
