Situation in Ukraine
It has been 736 days since Russia invaded Kyiv.
First,
general things.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,
Russian losses were
1,150 soldiers
23 tanks
44 armored combat vehicles
41 cannons
2 air defense systems
15 drones
47 other vehicles.
The entire front reported 102 ground attacks in one day.
According to the latest information,
Ukrainian forces shot down three Su34s.
And the ratio of the number of Ukrainian equipment losses to Russian losses,
which can be visually confirmed,
is 1 to 1.6,
compared to the losses on the Ukrainian side.
The losses on the Russian side are mostly infantry fighting vehicles,
armored fighting vehicles and military trucks,
while on the Ukrainian side civilian vans and SUVs stand out.

A Ukrainian drone photographed and released an unidentified disk-shaped object in a combat zone.
The 406th Battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was operating a Ukrainian Heat Vision quadcopter when it spotted an unidentified disc-shaped object at an altitude of 200 meters.
In the video,
the object appears to be stationary despite zooming in,
and soldiers can be seen debating whether or not to attack.

It seems that China's UnionPay cards are no longer accepted in Russia.
Russians had widely used UnionPay cards for domestic and international payments since sanctions made Visa and MasterCard unusable for Russians.
UnionPay cards,

can be used in more than a hundred countries around the world and were considered the only way for Russians to make payments abroad.
Local Russian media reported that transactions using UnionPay cards were no longer possible at various in-store terminals,

Northeast: Luhansk region
Eastern part,
towards Bakhmut
This section reports on the war situation on the Svatove-Kreminna line from Halkiu and Kupyansk,
and from the area around Siversk to Bakhmut.
In this area the Russians attacked 13 times at Shinkivka and Tabayivka,
11 times at Terny,
and 11 times in the direction of Bakhmut.
Bakhmut area
With the recent improvement in the weather,
armored vehicles became available on the outskirts of the city,
and the Russians made an unprecedented attack on Ivanivske.
The commander of the 5th assault brigade,
Tarasenko,
reported that the enemy used a large number of armored vehicles and T72 tanks to launch the offensive,
losing 35 armored vehicles as a result of at least four attacks in the past two weeks.

Russian forces launched an offensive to capture Khasif Yar.
The Russians bombed Canai at least five times and concentrated at least seven multiple rocket attacks on Ivanivske east of the town,
as well as 13 confirmed artillery strikes,
to deter Ukrainian forces from moving in.
The Russians then launched a ground offensive,
concentrating their fire on three axes of attack: east of Sadova Street at the entrance to the town,

and on the southern outskirts,
where they were detected by Ukrainian drones earlier in the attack and repelled by Ukrainian forces.

the Ukrainian military launched a counterattack on Sadova Street and,

Russian troops attacked Russian soldiers in Ivanivske by dressing them in Ukrainian uniforms and attacking the town with anti-aircraft guns.

Southeast Donetsk region
The weather in Avdiivka is cloudy with occasional showers.
The minimum temperature is -4 degrees Celsius and the maximum is 6 degrees Celsius.
Today's weather is forecast to be hazy.
As we reported earlier,
there have been no rainy days recently and the ground is getting drier,
which is reportedly increasing the momentum of the Russian military offensive.
Here is an update on the situation in the Avdiivka,
Marinka and Vuhledar areas.
Avdiivka area
Russian troops have carried out 25 attacks in this area.
Ukrainian military spokesman Likhovy said that Ukrainian troops are defending on the lines of Tonenke,
Orlivka and Berdych,
The Russians continued to regroup after the capture of Avdiivka,
expanding their forces to the west.
With Avdiivka at 200 meters above sea level and the river at 170 meters,
the Ukrainians are defending on a disadvantageous downhill terrain,
making it difficult for them to reach Berdych,
Orlivka,
and Tonenke.
On the other hand,
from the west side of the river it is a gradual ascent,
so a reasonable decision would be to defend from the highlands around Novopokrovske and Novoselivka Persia,
which are 200 meters above sea level,
looking down on them.

the situation east of Berdici is difficult,
and unconfirmed reports indicate that Russian troops have entered the settlement of Berdici,
while Ukrainian troops may be retreating to the west side of the river.
Also,
Russian troops in armored vehicles are advancing on the southern outskirts of the city towards Semenivka.

There are unconfirmed reports of Russian advances in the eastern outskirts of Pervomaiske and Neveleske,
but the battle map remains unchanged for today.
Marinka Area
In this sector,
the Russians have launched 29 attacks and are actively trying to break through Ukrainian positions.
Among them,
the battle is raging in Krasnohorivka,
north of Marinka,
where we reported yesterday that the Russians had begun to occupy the town.
According to video footage from the position,
the Russians continued their assault on the southeastern edge of the town,
making a frontal assault as they did yesterday.
The Russians pounded the town with multiple rocket and artillery barrages before launching an assault,
followed by an armored convoy advancing from the east and paratroopers maneuvering into Ukrainian positions on the outskirts of the town,
taking control of some positions.
Ukrainian forces then counterattacked,
and the SNS of the 3rd Assault Brigade reported that the 1st and 2nd Assault Battalions conducted a clean sweep and that the Russians were driven out of the town with more than 100 casualties.
The battle map has been updated to show Russian forces occupying the eastern outskirts of the town.
The battle maps for Heoryivka and Novomihailivka remain unchanged,
as the Russian attack was repulsed by Ukrainian forces.
South,
Zaporizhzhya Oblast.
In this sector,
the Russians attacked four times around Stalomaiorsk and eight times in Robotyne.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that Ukrainian forces continue to advance north of Priutne,
while in the east Russian forces attacked and Ukrainian forces retreated.

In Robotyne,
according to multiple sources and located video footage,
Ukrainian forces have retaken the town as Ukrainian troops counterattacked south of the town and Russian troops retreated to Novoprokopivka.
Russian troops are shelling the locations shown on the map,
confirming the presence of Ukrainian troops on the southern outskirts of the city.

The battle map has been updated to show this area as having been retaken from the disputed territory by Ukrainian forces.
The area is approximately 2 square kilometers.
Rear area
In Olenivka,
about 10 km east of the Novomihailivka front line,
a commendation ceremony for the Russian Army's 155th Marine Brigade was being held when HIMARS flew into the venue,
killing 19 people,
including the brigade's deputy commander,
a major and a captain,
and wounding 12,
including Commander Kudkov.
In the same vein,
