Situation in Ukraine
It has been 791 days since Russia invaded Kyiv.
First,
general things.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,
the Russian losses were 880 soldiers
1 tank
12 armored combat vehicles
43 cannons
2 multiple rocket launchers
2 air defense systems
32 drones
55 other vehicles.
The entire front reported 86 ground battles in a single day.
And the ratio of the number of losses of Ukrainian equipment to Russian losses,
which can be visually confirmed,
is 1 to 2.8 compared to the number of losses on the Ukrainian side.
The losses on the Russian side are mostly civilian and military trucks,
which continue to send soldiers to the front lines.

A person said to be Defense Minister Shoigu's right-hand man has been arrested.

Timur Ivanov,
deputy minister of the Russian Defense Ministry,

In this area the Russians attacked 19 times in Nadia and Terny and 16 times around Siversk and in the direction of Bakhmut.
ChasivYar
The Russian army is attacking in this sector with 20,000 to 25,000 troops,
but so far the Ukrainian army has successfully repulsed and defended the Russian attack because the Ukrainian army is holding the topographically advantageous areas.

there are images of Ukrainian troops coming down from the northern highlands and conducting reconnaissance activities,

On the high ground south of Ivanivske,

This area is 210 meters above sea level,
30 meters higher than the surrounding area.
The Ukrainian military intends to defend the area with fewer troops by seizing the topographically advantageous areas.
The battle map has been updated to show that Ukrainian forces have retaken this area from Russian-occupied territory.
Russian forces in this area should be able to launch a general attack on ChasivYar,
but so far there has been no major movement,
and the fact that the surrounding high ground was easily taken by Ukrainian forces suggests that Russian forces may not have the necessary forces to hold the front line.
The area is about 1 square kilometer.
Southeastern Donetsk Oblast.
The weather in Avdiivka is sunny and sometimes cloudy.
The minimum temperature is 10 degrees Celsius and the maximum is 20 degrees Celsius.
The weather forecast for today is cloudy.
The weather is on the downhill side,
with windy and sometimes rainy weather expected over the next 24 days.
Below is an update on the situation in the areas of Avdiivka,
Marinka and Vuhledar.
Avdiivka
The Russians conducted 18 attacks in this sector.
The Russians focused on breaking through Ocheretiye and launched air strikes and multiple rocket attacks on Novokalinove,
Berdych and Semenivka,
which were on the flanks of Ocheretiye,
and attacked through Ocheretiye.
Ukrainian forces,
on the other hand,
are positioned in a school northeast of Ocheretiye and are using Bradley infantry fighting vehicles in a mopping-up operation.

The 30th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Russian Army,
conducting offensive operations on the front line in Ocheretiyne,
was mistakenly hit by a close-range airstrike by Russian troops who were supposed to be their allies.
The Russian ground troops who saw them mistook them for Russian volunteer troops fighting on the Ukrainian side and attacked them,
destroying them all.

Russian troops occupied residential areas south of Ocheretiyne,
and troops attacking north of the city also entered the factory area and advanced.
But then the Ukrainian army deployed Bradley infantry fighting vehicles from the west to sweep out the Russian soldiers.

the Russians have attacked Novovakumchivka and occupied the main part of the town.

Vuhledar Sector
In this sector the Russians launched 20 attacks,

and Krinky seven times.
In Robotyne,

a Russian MTLB armored fighting vehicle attempted to break through from the south,
but was repulsed at the location shown on the map.
The video shows the 141st Infantry Brigade of the Ukrainian Army observing Russian soldiers deploying from a Russian armored vehicle stuck at the location shown on the map.
Some sources close to the Russian side claim that Russian troops occupied this location,
but this infantry was also repulsed,
so the battle map remains unchanged.
