Diet in a cart

My problem is that I am fat.

I have a good bone structure.
So it's hard to notice that I'm fat lol.

I also asked my best friend how to reduce weight for fun in order to stay in shape.

That is the cart.


There is a circuit in my neighborhood. I ride it 1.2 times a week for 20 minute sets to lose weight.

My coaches are Syun Koide and Muto Sota.

They praise my driving but strictly tell me to go on a diet lol.

Carts are really difficult.
Sliding and driving, while seemingly fast.
But it creates a very large time loss.

It is important to drive carefully and encourage the car forward without sliding.

Also, different kart chassis have different ways of running.
There are two main types of karts.
Require braking and those that should not be slowed down too much.

There is a 1second difference between a car that is good at it and a car that is bad at it.

To eliminate the difference, experience is needed anyway.

It is once a week, but it is important to run and analyze each stint carefully.

It is a very enjoyable time, and although there are some tough,But I can keep going.

This is how I started a diet that I can keep, so please support me if you like.
