AMeDAS is "Automated Meteorological Data Acquisition System", developed by the Japan Meteorological Agency. The regional weather data such as wind, cloud, temperature, humidity and so on can be obtained by AMeDAS.

We used to hear the weather report saying, " According to AMeDAS, it's going to be partly cloudy, and...", but these days, I don't think we hear the word "AMeDAS", and I don't know the reason why..., but I assume that there are more varieties of systems that could tell you the weather information.

I have a friend who's nickname is Amedasu, probably named from AMeDAS, and again, I don't have any clue why she has that name. She doesn't look like she could tell the weather tomorrow, and her real name doesn't have anything related with it,,, so I need to ask her next time I'll meet her.

Anyway, as with similar to my other challenging friends, she's been trying her own 1,000 day challenges.

What I am surprised with her challnges is that she is doing so many challenges everyday!

1. Having a good posture
2. Yoga
3. Running
4. Swimming
5. Having healthier meals, mainly veggies
6. Chewing 50 times for each bites
7. Studying on financial investment
8. Writing a diary
9. Praising herself and the others

Wow, such a great variety...

It's not easy at all to do those, even each one could be very shorter and easier ranges.

So from her challenges I learned that it is always very good to write down what you're trying to do, and if possible announce it publicly.

Not sure if I could follow her great deeds, but I like to keep checking her positive customs.
