〇「個人主義」は、日本にとってマイナス要因ですか？

　「明治維新以後、いろいろな思想が日本に入ってきたが、最も理解されなかったのが個人主義ではなかったか」（山本七平）

　学校の先生はや教育委員会は、生徒をバカだと思っている。指導してやらないと何も出来ない存在と、見下している。そして、個人主義は利己主義だと間違った指導をしている。

　忠誠心を持つのは、自分に対してではなく軍や、役所や、会社や、PTAや、先生のような外部の組織に忠誠心を持つよう誘導する。卑劣ですね。こういう人たちに、個人の重要性を説くとマイナス要因にしか見えないらしい。

　本当の人間の価値は、個人にある。組織にあるのではない。先生の意思に自分の意思を適合させる必要はない。何を使ってどんなペースで勉強するのかは、個人に属する話に違いない。微分積分を理解している中学生と、分数計算もできない中学生に同じ問題集を使って、同じカリキュラムを強制するのは「虐待」です。

　School teachers and school boards think that students are idiots. They look down on them as beings who cannot do anything without guidance. And they wrongly teach that individualism is selfishness.

　They induce them to be loyal not to themselves but to outside organizations such as the military, government offices, companies, PTA, and teachers. It is despicable. They say that if you preach to these people about the importance of the individual, they see it as a negative factor.

　The real human value is in the individual. It is not in the organization. There is no need to conform one's will to the will of the teacher. What you use and at what pace you study must belong to the individual. It is "abuse" to force a junior high school student who understands calculus and a junior high school student who cannot even calculate fractions to use the same problem sets and follow the same curriculum.
