“The pen is mightier than a sword.” 
Words are very powerful that reflect one’s personality.  Those words coming out from our mouse can influence others greatly both positively or negatively regardless of your intention. We should not be too sensitive, but mindful to what we say, especially for ones leading a team.  

Also, speaking truthfully with trust and spitting out your mind is completely different with one key element, which is “respect.” A hedge between keeps friendship green.

Not that I am good at it and still make many mistakes that sometimes lead to distrust. However, I will always be mindful for words I speak out to and be responsible for the consequence.
