幸手権現堂公園 in English

In Japan, recently it's been warmer than regular season. Full blooming of cherry blossom is out of peak, but it was crowded then.

Changing flowers to leafs was starting. Japanese famous TV program interviewers also visited for live on air. Because Sakura around Tokyo is already over for viewing period, they might leave for here.

However, roads around this park are crowded. Farther you go away from main place, you can find out some free parking areas.

Perhaps you have two options like true or false. First, shortcut for main with stress of times and wait by congestion. On the other hand, parking at remote areas without risks and waste.

You should get at main place “Tsutsumi” if you would like to feel people energy with Sakura and “Nanohana”.

*Tsutsumi is 堤: bank; embankment; agger; ledge

*Nanohana is 菜の花: rape blossoms; rapeseed flowers

Riverside street is used as walking and bike road by local citizens. You can walk long road under many cherry blossom trees, feeling nice and relaxed. You are inspired by local runners and joggers, maybe you want to go round whole park without thoughts.

It takes about an hour from “Saitama” city. “Satte” interchange of expressway “Ken-o do” is nearest to this park. Japanese route 4(“Kokudo 4”) is tangent on this park.

*Saitama is さいたま, this is a major city has prefectural office in Saitama-Ken/Prefecture.

*Satte is 幸手

*Ken-o do is 圏央道

*route 4 is 国道4号

In railways, you may use “Satte” station of “Tobu Nikko”line. As another option, “Minami-Kurihashi” Sta. or “Sugito-Takanodai”Sta. But I don't think you should go from each one of these stations to destination by walk. It's too long to walk for back and forth.

*Tobu Nikko is 東武日光

*Minami-Kurihashi is 南栗橋

*Sugito-Takano is 杉戸高野台
