Is Braun Series 7 790cc shaver that shaves as close as a blade?

Exactly 3 years ago today I had my last shave with the Braun series 7 790cc 4 electric foil shaver. So happy I discovered traditional wet shaving. I now have 5 safety razors one brush and one soap. My razors are Merkur 38c, Gillette Fat Boy (G-1), Gillette Super Speed (Y-2) my birth year razor, Gillette Gold tech 1940’s, and a Gillette Gold tech prewar. The Merkur is the razor I use 98% of the time. I wonder is this the case only for India or its common across the globe for shaving companies doing such cheap Tactics to rake in revenue even after-tax reduction by the local government.

I had the same electricity. It worked ok but was a lifesaver in the police academy since I had to shave in the morning and at lunch since my beard grows dark and thick. I wish I wrote shaved then except we didn't have time for that! I gotta say I prefer plastic! I can adjust the turn a little more to bump up aggression, also the mold is so smooth.

The med prep was a little too sharp on the first shave, but the second shave was the Best! Amazing blade and very sharp.

I used the Headblade 2 years ago. No idea what model, a friend who was ahead shaver loaned it to me. He was a huge advocate... I ended up with some of the worst cuts on the back dimple on my head that I've ever had. No joke, I couldn't seem to go near the part where the spine meets the skull without major blood loss.

I tried it 3 times, varying pressure and stroke, it worked everywhere but there.

So I just had this little annoying patch of hair. It was frustrating as hell. And no way was I going to do the head blade, then use my M3 for one little spot. Easier to just use my M3.

The nice thing with the leaf is it is small enough to shave in the dimple, so I can use just one razor. The head blade (it was yellow I think) worked, but I neither used it long enough to have a solid opinion nor did I ever fully get my head shaved with it.

I think the blade prices are considerably more than the standard safety blades too?

Either way, I'm a dude, and I say use what works. I for one, use a hammer for a nail, and a drill for a screw. For me, the leaf is that perfect tool for shaving my full body and I like that I don't have to have tons of other specialty tools to get the job done. However, I will admit, I liked the cute little racecar shaver sitting in my bathroom.
