なんか料理にパワフルさを感じたので、
強めの攻めた感じの動画を作りたくなりました。
特に、鉄板で出てくるチャーハンは、
この日は動画とらなきゃ！！で、混ぜ始めるタイミングが１秒ほどおくれたため、
卵が固まり始めてしまい、
好みのチャーハンにはなりませんでした・・・（つまり、固めのチャーハンに仕上がった）
とはいえ、その作業自体が楽しかったのです。
ところで、肉そばは豚肉が決め手だと思っております。
さらに、ネギ（青ネギ・玉ねぎ）と柚子こしょうおろしが載っています。
何とも言えないさっぱりした味が、
こってりした豚肉を中和してくれます。
