Let's review the events that led to the cancellation of SECRET NUMBER's performances and the waste of their hard work.

The meeting took place to negotiate around the last summer in 2023 between a representative of GMO Internet Group and SP&Co. Ltd., although the picture of both parties was posted in October. At that time, Yuzawa Koh was still the CEO of SP&Co. Ltd.

On October 27th, 2023, the head office of SP&Co. Ltd. moved to a new building, and Yane Yui became the new CEO, replacing Yuzawa Koh. Maybe this is the ’circumstances’ they meant. The one-sided cancelation announcement not only took fans by surprise but GMO SONIC. The fact that the event holder didn't know about this information and just knew about it through the Nugupromoter account is so wild! Totally unexpected! Speechless is the word.

There is also another possibility that Vine Entertainment was misled by SP&Co. Ltd. into thinking that GMO Internet Group had already been informed hence the announcement or you could assume that Vine Entertainment put their trust so much in SP&Co. Ltd.

However, this explanation seems inadequate, and the problem is likely more significant than what they are saying.

I read some of the comments too about why Vine Entertainment didn't pursue negotiation with the GMO Sonic team so the performance could still happen. Hmm, if we think about it and look at the previous statement of SPC, even if Vine Entertainment still wants SECRET NUMBER to perform, it may be unlikely to happen as all the technical and procedural stuff seems to be handled by SP&Co. Ltd. as SECRET NUMBER's Japanese Agency.

The lack of communication between SP&Co. Ltd. and Vine Entertainment is so concerning.

I really wish something like this won't happen again, and Vine Entertainment could get their act together and be careful choosing partners for SECRET NUMBER's brighter future. That's it.
