一応改めて立場表明。
大麻取締法の改正に賛成です。ただし、一薬品の許認可やら一企業の利益やら使用罪の是非やら業界の損得うんぬんの話しの前に、もっともっと、まだまだ話し合いも足りないし、不細工で思慮も足りない瑕疵だらけの継ぎ足しだらけですぐにあらの出そうな改正ではなく、より良い方向に進むような、10年、100年先を見据えた法改正を望んでいるのです。わざわざ厚労省が大麻取締法にとどまらない大きな話しにしてくれたんだし、せっかくのうん10年ぶりの機会なんだからさ。法律なんてそんなちょこちょこ変えるもんでもないんだしさ。まだまだ法改正には土台が脆弱。なんてな。

I would like to explain my position again.
I am in favour of amending the Cannabis Control Act. However, before we talk about the approval of one drug, the profits of one company, the pros and cons of the crime of use, the profits and losses of the industry, I would like to see the law changed for the better in 10 or 100 years time. For decades we have not had that chance. The law cannot be changed often. The evidence for changing the law is still weak. It is a pity.
