先日からたちまち就活のあかさんがド派手に！生前葬プロジェクト～現代忍者 羅希阿丸 感謝と新たな挑戦！再び世界へ～を立ち上げ、クラウドファウンディングに挑戦されています。

Today, I would like to share with everyone the theme, "What are the numbers?"

Aka san hosted the Living Funeral Project for Rakiamaru, the modern Ninja and launched　crowdfunding.

概要まとめると、
stand.fmという音声配信アプリで赤さんが終活のお話をしました。
そこで現代忍者羅希阿丸さんが生前葬に興味をもち、それを応援する形でこのプロジェクトが始まりました。12月18日当日は２部構成になっていて、第一部は赤さんによる終活、生前葬のお話、第二部は現代忍者羅希阿丸さんによる世界挑戦への決意表明、感謝の気持ちを伝える構成となっています。
当日は広島県から生配信されます。

To summarize,
Aka san talked about the end of life with a voice distribution application called stand.fm.
Therefore, the modern ninja Raki Amaru became interested in the living funeral and started this project. On the day of December 18th, there will be two parts, the first part is the story of the end of life and the funeral by Aka san, and the second part is the expression of determination and gratitude by the modern ninja Rakiamaru for the world challenge. このような大きい数字を見ると、「自分にはこんな数字達成できない」とか、「自分なんて」まだまだだという感情が生まれてくる人も少なくないと思います。
かつての私もそうでした。
そして数字ばかり追いかけることに躍起になっていました。
Looking at such a large number, I think that there are many people who feel that "I can't achieve such a large number".
I used to think like that and I was eager to chase only the numbers.

①国際交流イベントを運営していた時

闇雲に参加者を集めればいいと思い、とにかく集客だけを意識していた時期があった。

②Youtubeのチャンネル登録者数をひたすら追いかけた結果、
他の人と似たようなコンテンツになった。

③日本語オンラインレッスンを受けてくれる生徒募集に必死になっていた。

①When I hosted international event,
there was a time when I was only conscious of attracting customers, thinking that I should gather participants.

②As a result of pursuing the number of Youtube channel subscribers
the contents of videos became similar to other people.

③ I was desperate to recruit private lessons students to take Japanese online lessons.

数字を追いかけたことは間違いではなかったと思います。
国際交流イベントはカフェのおかげもあり、55人集客して、隣のランドリースペースまで人を溢れさせましたし、
Youtubeではチャンネル登録1800人を超えましたし、
オンラインレッスン も最高7人抱えている時もありました。

それぞれの活動である程度の満足度は取れていたと思います。
I don't think it was a mistake to chase the numbers at that time.
Thanks to the cafe, the international exchange event attracted 55 people and filled the laundry space next door with participants.
On Youtube, I have over 1800 subscribers and sometimes I had up to 7 online lessons.

I think I was satisfied with each activity to some extent.

ただ、数字の亡者になってしまうと
終わりなき競争の世界に足を踏み入れてしまうことを意味していました。
