Problem #1 in new house, the fan in the bathroom is broken.

When the property management company explained me the status of the equipment, they said "Please note that the fan in the bathroom turns off after a while after you press the button."

It doesn't stop at all. It was running all the time while I was taking a bath, so I was really cold.

I called the property management staff, but they said, "That must be broken switch, we'll call an electrician."

Isn't it your job to check from the beginning?

新居の不具合その1、お風呂の換気扇が壊れている。

管理会社からの設備状況説明で「お風呂の換気扇はボタンを押してしばらくしてから消えますのでご注意ください」と言われました。

全然止まらない。お風呂に入っている間もずーっと動いているので、めちゃくちゃ寒いんです。

管理会社に電話したのですが「それはきっとスイッチが壊れてますね、電気屋さんに連絡しますね」と言われました。

最初から確認しとくのが仕事でしょう？
