Bird Ark: When I was thinking of making something with Exotic Shorthair, a colleague at work came in with an Afro hair and the moment I saw it, it hit me.

The origin of "Bird Ark"'s name

Bird Ark: Originally, my father loved wild birds and there were stuffed wild birds in my house, and I was born in the year of Rooster, so I felt something related and wanted to put "Bird" in the shop name. I added "Ark" with the feeling that I would challenge the ocean of the modeling industry with my own ship.

The reason for the birth of the characters "Pecha Samurai" and "Namaka-kun and Komaka-kun"

Bird Ark: My first sofubi piece was a "Pecha Samurai", but I originally made a pug as an accessory. I wondered what kind of gap design would look good and I thought it would be fun to make a cool samurai outfit, so I did. "Namaka-kun and Komaka-kun" was also made as an accessories of "Namaqua rain frog", but I so wanted to make them as sofubi instead with a standing pose.

Bird Ark: The point is that the face should be as realistic as possible, and the rest should be deformed in a well-balanced manner. The arms are also made so that the expression can be expressed.
