This time it's a collaboration project! It's a collaboration project between KAGEMARU Designs and Toy's King! From KAGEMARU Designs comes a "Limited Edition color" of the Toy's King!

I've met Mr. KAGEMARU Design once before, as we are both from Aichi Prefecture. I met him just as I was visiting "Kakkowarai Zakka". KAGEMARU's illustrations are so addictive and cool! I even bought his art book the other day!

Here's the "Limited Edition color" SOFUBI that was actually created!

The coloring, the modeling, the size... The fact that "Shishio/KAI's one arm is a mechanical arm, the scar the "MEGADON", and so on... It just looks so strong!

First off is "CRO-chan"!

*Type: Saltwater Crocodile.

*Personality: Violent. Attacking humans, but kind to animals.

*Special Skills: Death-roll.

*Hobbies: Collect human skulls

He was captured by humans in the past, but he escaped. The scar on the stomach is from that time in captivity. Since then, he seems to have started attacking humans. He is looking forward to battling with "MEGADON, The Cannibal of the Sea" and "SHISHIO, The Cannibal of the Land" for the title of "King of the Cannibals".

Next is "MEGADON"!

*Type: Great White Shark.

*Personality: Violent. Attacking humans, but kind to fishes.

*Special Skills: Shark attack.

*Hobbies: Jewelry lover, favorites are "human skull rings" and fish hook earrings.

In the past, he was captured by humans and almost turned into a shark fin, but he escaped. The scars on his fins are from that time. Since then, he seems to have started attacking humans. He sometimes battles with "CRO-chan".

Last but not least, "Shishio/Kai"!

*Type: Barbary Lion.

*Personality: Usually gentle, but unstoppable when angry.

*Special Skills: Cyborgized right hand Iron Claw.

*Hobbies: Hunting of poachers, basking in the sun.

When he was a child, his mother was killed by poachers and he was sold to a Circus troupe. One day, his circus hut catches fire and he got severely burned, but he manages to escape from the Circus. He was then picked up by "Crazy Dr." and his right arm got modified. He vows to eliminate his mother's enemies, the poachers' organization, and continues to fight today.

KAGEMARU Design's Sofubi, with their dark POP characters as their "sticking points", have been released in other types of new products, and they are an artist to keep an eye on in the future!
