The Japanese are earnest people in the world.
Japanese people are working hard in the office or in the workplace. 
I don't like the word "がんばる" in Japanese.

"がんばる" has a lot of means in Japanese.
仕事を"がんばる"、勉強を"がんばる"などとたくさん"がんばる"があります。

In English words, "がんばる" is "work hard", "try hard", "make effort"etc.

Please teach me what the differences among these words what you use like.
