I belive that TEDtalk can be a good learning material if you are passionate about improving your academic English skills. I am going to tell you why TEDtalk is good for English learning

Therefore, Their English should be easy for everyone to understand. They avoid slang and too casual language, opting for more sophisticated English instead. Therefore, imitating their English helps you to learn to speak English more naturally.

Secondly, the contents of TEDtalk are educational. Regular TEdtalk watching helps you to enhance your knowledges about a wide varity of fields.
