Policy recommendations by the Project Team on Healthcare Startup Acceleration in Japan
This Project Team (PT) was established on February 5, 2024 by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, to study approaches and measures for promotion and support of healthcare startups, and to publish policy proposals which are essential for bolstering the healthcare startup potential in Japan.
The PT published its interim report on April 25 including 18 policy recommendations. A provisional English translation of the report can be downloaded below. The final report is scheduled to be published in June, 2024.
