クローディア、グレイ、ホーク、アルベルトの4人は、船でヨービルへ行くことにした。航海の途中、各人は色々なことを考えていた。

クローディアは「私は、船に乗るのも初めてだわ。外の世界を見てみたい」

ホークは「レディラック2号を発注するには、どれだけお宝集めないといけないかねえ」

アルベルトは「一刻も早く、ナイトハルト殿下に報告せねば」

すると、雨雲が出てきて、風も強くなり、明らかに悪天候とわかる状況になった。嵐によって、船は激しく揺れだした。

「荒海は俺に任せな！」

ホークは、舵をかわってもらい、力いっぱい舵をきろうとするが、うまくいかない。

「駄目だ、こんな嵐は俺でも経験したことがねえぜ！」

船は南極に近いバルハラントという極寒の場所に漂着した。4人全員が気を失っている状態だった。

「姉さん！」

「気が付いたか？」

アルベルトたちが目を覚ますと、そこは誰かの家だった。

「ここは、どこでしょうか？」

「ここはバルハラントじゃ。わしは村長のガトという者じゃ。お主ら、もう少しで死ぬところだった。この村の女性戦士のシフたちが救出したのじゃ」

「そうだったのですか・・・ありがとうございます。ローザリアへはどうやって行けばよいかわかりますか？」

「ローザリア？そんな場所はわからぬな・・・」

「そんな・・・」

アルベルトは絶望した表情になった。ホークがアルベルトを元気づけた。

「心配するなって。俺も船が難破して、見知らぬ土地に漂着して、なんとかなったことがある」

アルベルトは、まだ意気消沈している状態だった。そして、他の3人に謝った。

「私に同行してくださろうとして、巻き込んでしまい、申し訳ありません」

「アルベルト、俺たちは仲間だろ？こんなの大したことないぜ。今、生きているだけでも不幸中の幸いだろ」

ホークが言った。その時、シフがガトの家にやってきた。

「あの坊やと、お仲間さんたちは大丈夫かい？」

「4人とも目を覚ましておる」

「坊やって・・・しかし、私たちを救助してくれて、本当にありがとうございます」

「私は、ローザリアへの行き方はわからないけれど、騎士団領ならわかるよ。バルハラントの雪原からずっと北西へ行ったところだ」

「ありがとうございます」

「でも、ちょっと、私のモンスター退治を手伝ってくれないかい？」

「はい、ぜひお願いします。救助してくださった御礼がしたいです」

「坊やだと思ったけれど、立派だね。あたしゃ、気に入った」

「皆さんも、来てくれますか？」

アルベルトは、他の3人に確認した。全員が、快くモンスター討伐を手伝うことに同意した。

Claudia, Gray, Hawke, and Albert decide to take a boat to Yeovil. During the voyage, each person was thinking about various things.

Claudia said, ``This is my first time on a boat.I want to see the outside world.''

Hawk said, ``I wonder how much treasure I'll have to collect in order to order Lady Luck 2.''

Albert said, ``We must report to His Highness Neidhard as soon as possible.''

Then, rain clouds appeared and the wind became stronger, making it clear that the weather was bad. The ship began to shake violently due to the storm.

“Leave the rough seas to me!”

Hawk tries to steer the ship with all his might, but it doesn't work.

"No, I've never experienced a storm like this before!"

The ship drifted ashore in a frigid place called Valhallant near Antarctica. All four people were unconscious.

"Elder Sister!"

"Did you notice?"

When Alberto and his friends woke up, they found themselves in someone's house.

“Where is this?”

"This is Valhallant. My name is Gato, the village chief. You guys almost died. Sif, the female warriors of this village, rescued you."

"I see... Thank you. Do you know how to get to Rosalia?"

"Rosaria? I don't know that kind of place..."

"That's so..."

Alberto looked despairing. Hawk cheered Alberto up.

"Don't worry. I too have had a shipwreck, drifted ashore in a strange land, and somehow survived."

Alberto was still depressed. Then he apologized to the other three.

"I'm sorry for getting you involved when you tried to accompany me."

"Alberto, we're friends, right? This isn't a big deal. Just being alive right now is a blessing in disguise."

Hawk said. At that time, Shifu came to Gato's house.

"Are you and your friends okay?"

"All four are awake."

"Boy...but thank you so much for rescuing us."

"I don't know how to get to Rosaria, but I know it's in the Knights' territory. It's all the way northwest from the snowfields of Valhallant."

"thank you"

"But, could you please help me kill monsters?"

"Yes, please. I would like to thank you for rescuing me."

"I thought you were a kid, but you're quite admirable. I like you."

“Will you all come too?”

Alberto checked with the other three. All of them happily agreed to help defeat the monsters.
