世界は面白そうなことで満ち溢れている。

昨晩雪の関東に戻ってきて、所々滑る道を走りながら、冬の間に田んぼに水を張っておいて、子供たちが滑って遊べるようにするためには、何が必要かを眠りにつくまで、ずっと考えていた。

●水を張っておくと、昼間も溶けないで、凍ったままになる気温は何度か。
その天然氷の上は面白い感じで、靴で入って滑るのか？
　→現状わからない。調べる必要あり

●子供たちが田んぼに入って困ることは何か。誰か。
　→田んぼのオーナー：ゴミや石ころなど田んぼにとって困るものが持ち込まれること。氷が溶けた状態で踏み荒らされること。
　→子供の親：滑って転んで怪我をすること、服が汚れること。誰かに怪我をさせること。田んぼにダメージを与えること。
　→近所の人：車で乗りつける人たち、自転車で来る人たちによって交通の邪魔になる。

●怪我に対する保険をかけるとすると？
　→保険料を誰が徴収するのか。それをどう集めるのか。怪我が生じた時に、誰が請求窓口になるのか。→利用料含めてある程度課金しないと不可能。

●それらを問題にしないで済む方法は何か。
　→子供たちが自分で決めて、守ること。大人にも守らせること。
　→怪我や汚れは、仕方ないと覚悟すること。
　→近所で、見守る合意をした上で、耕作放棄地の田んぼを使用すること。

面白いけど、結構コミットのいる長いプロセスがいる「企画」だな。
