We love animals and they are God's creatures too. Looking at this photo makes us feel sick. So what happened here? Well, last month, animal control Officer Shawn Devon got a call about a dog being attacked by its owners near the railroad tracks in a nearby town. He receive calls like this all time — usually to pick up a dog or cat someone had dumped at the Park or some other out-of-the-way place in the city. However this dog was still alive but near deletion. Why would its owners feel the need to hurt the poor dog so badly? There is no reason...!!! (" `з´ )
