いよいよ今週日曜は衆議院議員選挙（因みに私は期日前投票を済ませました^^）。

約２年前から応援している大西つねき氏が「日本から世界を変える」うねりを神奈川４区から起こそうと立候補されています。

今回の彼が考えるところの『政治家の条件３つ』の動画を英訳（要約）しました。

それぞれが今一度考えるべきテーマだと思います。

Tsuneki Onishi, a politician who is running for the upper house election to be held this weekend, says there are three qualities required to be a successful politician in the era of drastic change we are going to live through.
 
Visionary
Politicians need to have a clear vision of the future they want to realize, based on history and human nature. Otherwise, they cannot lead people anywhere. For Tsuneki Onishi, it is “To shift the focus from the masses to individuals.” Capitalism, in which organizations or companies are more valued than individual workers, will come to an end.
 
Truthful
Politicians need to be true to themselves. In other words, politicians should be people who believe being a politician is living his/her own truth. Politicians with such faith don’t need to be evaluated by other people and can make a change even if they are not elected.
 
Inspiring
Politicians need to move people’s hearts. That doesn’t mean to force people to change but instead to inspire them to feel something and to take action. In this sense, politics is art.
