The coast guard aircraft involved in a fatal collision with a Japan Airlines (JAL) passenger jet on Tuesday had not been cleared for takeoff at Tokyo's Haneda airport before the tragedy, newly released air traffic control transcripts indicate.

ここの“taxi to holding point”は、空港では「地上走行する」という意味で使われます。また、「holding point」は「待機地点」という意味です。

具体的には、飛行機が滑走路から離陸する前に、滑走路の端にある待機地点までタクシーして、離陸の指示を待つことになります。

ま、わからないですけどね。とりあえず、Airbusの意見も聞きたいです。

こんなことより、こんな国際便と国内便が入り組み、年末年始なら増便で数分単位で離発着する空港に援助物資を貯蔵は政策ミスで、援助関係はご近所の空港ににすべきだったと思いますけどね。
