Hatonomori Hachiman Shirine is located near by Sendagaya station at JR line. It takes 3-4minutes by walk.
A shine enshrines Emperor Ojin and Empress Jingu as enshrined deities, has also Osho, and a shogi hall as a guardian deity for those who aim to improve their shogi skills.
鳩森神社、正式名称鳩森八幡神社は、JR千駄ヶ谷駅から徒歩3-4分のところにある。応神天皇・神功皇后を祀った由緒、正しい神社であり、将棋の上達を目指す人の守護神として、王将を祀り隣に将棋会館が建てられている。

There is a place in Tokyo called Fujitsuka. This is one of them. The Fuji-zuka is designated as a Tangible Folk Cultural Asset by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The Fuji-zuka has an Okumiya shrine at its peak and a Sengen shrine at its foot.
