As I slowly calmed my mind down to the point where I thought I was going to fall asleep, I noticed the spirits gathering around me.

My heart calms down and I am surrounded by soft light, and spirits gather around my light heart.
心が落ち着き柔らかな光に包まれ、そして軽やかな心に精霊たちが集まってくる。
