Yesterday, I joined a workshop via Zoom which is intended to create a business plan by using a new framework. I was very much interested in the new framework and will continue to use it.
In the workshop, I had a 45-minutes dialogue in a group of 3 members with an eye to deepen my plan through the presentation of their plan and a Q&A session. However the dialogue was not successful. One of 3 members had a big mouth and consumed much time on the dialogue (about 80%). Further her taking style and her words were inconsistent with the objective of the dialogue. She also spend most of her time presenting her business plan and had almost no time to have a Q&A session on her plan. I had occasionally experienced such unsuccessful workshops and keep such experiences in my mind.
Members’ compatibility is a critical factor for successful dialogues. I will be careful of my talking style and my words.

　昨日もズームでワークショップに参加しました。新しいフレームワークを使って、ビジネスプランを創ることが目的です。紹介いただいたフレームワークは非常に使いやすく、今後も是非活用したいと考えています。
　ワークショップでは、創ったビジネスプランをもとに3人一組で対話をする時間がありました。自分のビジネスプランを紹介し、他の方から質問、意見やアドバイスをもらって、ビジネスプランをより深化させ予定だったのですが、今回は期待した対話にはなりませんでした。1人の人が非常によくしゃべる方で、ボクと別の1名のプランについて述べる時間の大半（80%）くらいを使っていました。また、話し方やその内容も、アドバイスとは言えないようなものでした。更に、ご自分のビジネスプランの紹介についても、この方が説明に大半の時間を費やしたため、プランの理解を深め、アドバイスをすることができませんでした。本当に残念でした。
　たまにあることなのですが、ワークショップもメンバーとの相性が大きく影響します。今回の体験を鏡に、自分も注意します。
